How do I know that Fresh Vision Consultancy Services Ltd is the right consultancy agency for me?
We pride ourselves on offering clients a high quality 1:1 and bespoke service with no hidden agendas. We find open and honest communication with a methodical yet practical mindset is hugely beneficial to both parties. We can bring a wealth of knowledge to the table; the founder of our business has extensive personal experience working in practices of all sizes including magic circle firms, FTSE100 companies, high street practices and sole practitioners. Our knowledge base spreads across varying areas including Law, Financial Services, HR, Marketing, Practice and Office Management (across all hierarchies). What does a 'full business review' actually mean?
We offer a bespoke service for each and every client, and our reporting will be tailored around your specific requirements. Having your business "reviewed" usually involves:
evaluating the current business structure and division of roles
looking at your business plan documentation including targets
reviewing all practice procedures and internal policies currently in place
assessing productivity statistics and KPIs
quality of client data and suitability of any CRM / CMS in use
speaking to staff (if relevant) to discuss capacity and the allocation of work per role
Nb: the above is not an exhaustive list given each business has varying focus areas and requirements; we can analyse as much or as little as you dictate.
Once the review is complete, we will give you a full business report detailing our findings and recommendations. We will present this to you either face to face or virtually, whichever is your preference.
How long does a business review take? What do we get from it?
Timescales will vary depending on your business size and structure / staffing levels. For a business up to 15 staff members we normally allow up to 3 days for the initial data gathering, however if the review is completed in two days then we will only charge you for two. Thereafter, we will collate, analyse and formulate the data before generating a bespoke business report which outlines our findings. This process can take up to two weeks but we will discus timeframes with you once we have more detail around your specific requirements. The final report will include suggested action points, key concerns, what is working well, what is lacking (if anything) and detail on any new processes we feel the business could benefit from. The report takes into account your current position in the market and considers in your 3 / 5 / 10 year business plans; our goal is to help you plan effectively as well as improve efficiency. The presentation takes 2-3 hours dependent on the business dynamics and report size.
Are you insured? Will my data be kept secure?
Yes and yes. We hold full professional indemnity insurance with a reputable provider, and we are also registered with the ICO. Additionally, our IT devices are Cyber Essentials Plus certified which adds further security for all data handling.

We take client confidentiality very seriously and we will never disclose or share any of your data with any third parties (unless you have already provided your consent for us to do so as part of our work remit). Discretion is vital and we will work with you to ensure confidentiality is maintained at every stage of our engagement.

We can research what other businesses are doing to stay relevant and competitive in this fast-paced world, and we ascertain which ones are doing it best. We then work with you to devise a bespoke strategy using smart tools and effective planning methods in order to understand the implications of every option available to you. We do not just work on a quick fix solution for the short term, instead we help clients create a sustainable and effective foundation which they can rely on both now and in the longer term. What are your business based fees? What is the process?
Each service incurs a different charge, and we will look at each business project as a 'whole' and assess the number of hours/days we estimate will be necessary. If work can be done virtually / online then we will utilise this option to minimise travel and time costs, however this will be discussed at the outset. Fees will naturally also vary depending on the number of staff required to complete the task, however we adopt a transparent and honest approach with our clients and will make you aware of any additional resources required at commencement or as soon as reasonably practicable, should the need arise. Once we have a clearer understanding of your requirements we will provide a fee proposal for your consideration. This will outline our costs and highlight the key elements of the service(s) being provided to you. If you are happy to proceed, Terms of Business will be generated for signature and a commencement date can be agreed.

Where do you operate? How do you deliver your services?
We are based in Kent and predominantly cover the whole of the South East, however this is not restricted and we are very happy to receive enquiries from businesses or individuals from other areas. Personal coaching and training sessions can be conducted via video call, or face to face (Covid restrictions and location dependent). Certain business services can also be conducted virtually, subject to IT access and system availability, or we can come to your place of business directly. We endeavour to make all of our clients feel as comfortable as possible whilst accommodating their requirements in the most time efficient and cost-effective manner we can.

Yes we can definitely help! If you're a parent looking to get your child on the right career path after their education has completed, or an individual yourself who is struggling to get past interview stage in your job search, please get in touch with us today. We offer 1 hour or 2 hour video sessions on a 1:1 basis, or we can do face to face sessions (depending on your location). Each client is unique and has different goals and focus areas, therefore all of our coaching sessions are completely bespoke. Our personal services are charged at an hourly rate although we always discuss fees openly from the outset. Call or email us with your requirements and preferred dates, we will revert back as quickly as possible.
Please always ensure you have the consent of the person you are enquiring for as clients have to be willing to engage with us in order for us to assist them.
Do you offer group personal coaching or training sessions?
Yes. Depending on your requirements (and location) we can offer virtual or face to face sessions to groups of 3 or more, up to 20 people. If you are a secondary school or college establishment looking for an in-person based presentation to a group/class of students, please get in touch with your preferred dates and criteria and we will call you to discuss specifics in more detail.
Do you offer reduced rates?
Our time is charged on an hourly basis and will vary depending on your requirements, however because we want our services to be accessible to everyone regardless of their circumstances, we keep our rates competitive. Additionally, we offer a discounted hourly rate for our CV & Covering Letter services for all individuals aged between 16-21 years. One of our own business goals is to help as many younger people as we can showcase themselves effectively on paper and make their search for employment a more pleasurable and positive experience.
