Despite there being over 2,600 SJP partner practices, we approach each of our clients individually to develop customised strategies and processes which are completely unique to them and their brand, whilst focusing on operational efficiency, compliance, productivity and exceptional client servicing standards.

Emma has 9 years of SJP experience, starting in Feb 2017 as an Operations Manager in a small but expanding practice, and has since worked alongside many other partner practices, all of varying size and asset wealth including LMBU. We know SJP processes inside out, have access to all SJP systems, we're Cyber Essentials+ certified and ICO registered.  More importantly, we offer Fractional Operations Support - practices benefit from an experienced operational and leadership consultant, without the need to employ a full time senior resource.
